Re: “Only the guilty want closure in West Memphis Three case

This whole case was blown apart by muliple experts from multiple different fields! Now in America, I thought we are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law without a reasonable doubt I guess I was wrong. Just listening to the so called confession tapes I can tell that young man was basically fed a confession story. Reading through previous comments we have a shared link to the "confession transcripts" now come on he confesses and changes the story multiple times and should have never been questioned alone because of his cognitive level!! Then you have people saying years later they were basically bribed into testifying against them during the original trial. The State of Arkansas expects us to believe three teenage boys committed the perfect murder because they left no evidence behind! I'm sorry I don't care what kind of a mastermind they thought Damien was at 18 years old and working with two other accomplices one with the functioning level of a 5 year old one of them would have left something behind. No offense but to the ex DA of NY I live in NY and I'm glad your retired your statements make no sense at all! Now if the State of Arkansas really believed they were guilty they would have took it to trial again not unlocked the doors to their cells. Damien has this right lawsuits would have followed and the State knows full well they would have lost this case!! They have a right to tell their story and they have a right to want justice but they aren't eveb asking it for themselves but for the families of the three murdered children. The State should have done their jobs to begin with and collected evidence properly and followed through with leads such as the bloody man/bathroom.
