Re: “A suspension and feuding in Bentonville School District over a borrowed Bobcat

Matt Carterr: (Or is it Carrie Colston? There was a comment on Connie's FB Page by "Carrie" that was almost 100% identical to what you stated here. I was one of the people who replied to that comment, but "Carrie" removed his post not long after that). Actually, you are completely wrong. It did fall into Connie's lap. She only became actively involved after a board member, without her consent, dragged her into the situation. I know Wallace must be your friend or relative and you are only trying to protect him, but shooting the messenger just because you do not like the message is pretty lame. If there is anyone you should be mad at it is Wallace himself. He is the one who did wrong. Not Connie. If you are familiar with BPS I am sure you will remember a woman who worked at the district named Lauren West. Well, guess who uncovered that case? Your buddy or relative, Paul Wallace. Did you give him grief for exposing her? Personally, I am glad he did, but this leads to Connie's whole point...the law, and justice, should not be selectively applied. The district shouldn't have discretion over the crimes it reports. If it does the system opens the doors to corruption. It loses its ability to maintain fairness, equitability, impartiality, and honor. BPS has children arrested and expelled for misdemeanors. But, an adult (A DIRECTOR) who appears to have committed a felony only gets a tap on the wrist? Why?
