Re: “More good news in latest jobs report

Those are jobs 'created or saved.' When you only count 'jobs created' and do not count jobs destroyed, the charts look good. There are actually less people working full time in the US now than there were eight years ago. The youth unemployment rate is about 25%. For minorities it is almost 50%. Income inequality/the wealth gap is much high than it was eight years ago. Obama called that the 'biggest problem facing the US...besides global warming. Structural unemployment is hard on deficits and growth. Oh, and Obama inherited no budget. The 2009 budget was passed with zero Republican votes. Bush did sign it. Obama had a supermajority that year and he could have done anything. He added 400 billion in spending to 2009 and the structural albatross of ACA. Facts are fun, when you only cherry pick non-causal facts. Obama has been a terrible economic president, as was Bush. When Obama changed zero of Bush's economic policies, it immediately became laughable for the extreme left to blame Bush, who was filibustered more than Obama has been, for everything.
