Re: “My favorite breakfasts #9: Front Page Cafe

You do know that the throwed rolls are from Lamberts, and Front Page knocked them off?

KAT: I am fully aware of that.

Re: “Oh, Pho

That location seems to be as cursed as the psuedo drive thru on JFK that in the last year or so has been two wing places a mexican place and I think one other restaurant.

Re: “Turkeys for the taking

We always get ours from Burges, I keep suggesting we try a turducken but keep getting overruled.

Waffle House, Cracker Barrel, and Ihop have always been open on past Thanksgivings.

Re: “Refusing federal health benefits?

By the blogs standards anyone opposed to federal healthcare must reject their employers healthcare. Like it or not our elected officials are government employees and get to take advantage of the health care offered them.

I am for universal health care but I also think that we should all get the same benefits. I think Senators and Congressmen/women get even better than standard federal healthcare.

Those listed should take what the rank and file federal employees get as opposed to anything else.

Re: “Golden brown and cylindrical

What's the point of fried beer, or friend oreos? Not sure they have a point, but some people just love anything fried. Maybe it lets people say that they ate a vegetable with dinner.

KAT: Good point. And no, I don't see a point to fried Oreos or beer, either, outside of pure entertainment.

Re: “Commission slaps Mathieu's wrist

I guess I am dense because I still am not sure what LRAC did wrong. They accepted a advertising buy and placed the advertising on the field per the terms of the contract.

Other than espousing a bunch of rhetoric you have yet to state what LRAC has done wrong.

If they bought ad space on top of the ACLU's headquarters would you still be demanding a refund? Or is it simply because it is a christian organization?

Re: “Golden brown and cylindrical

I agree with Michael, it is disgusting.

KAT: I just don't see the point, myself. Which is of course why I asked....
