Re: “Jennings Osborne and the eye of the needle

How much do you know about phase 1 drug trials? How much do you know about what J.O. paid the people who participated in his trials? Are you aware an executive from Stephens put himself in multiple trials after Stephens purchased the company, FOR THE MONEY.

Of course you are welcome to have your opinion about J.O. The internet is a wonderful place where anyone with an internet connection and a keyboard can say whatever they like. But to say J.O. paid "low wages" is silly and wrong. People fought to participate in the studies. They were well paid, and well cared for by J.O. and his team. They knew that he was at the facility for days at a time, usually 24 hours a day, sleeping in his office. It was J.O., or Mitzi themselves who often did the late night blood draws and testing.

J.O. made his millions by working harder than anyone I've ever even heard of. He made his millions in a wildly regulated industry, and never ever had a study shut down for non compliance or had his results questioned.

Perhaps you will make different life choices with the millions I'm sure you've worked so hard to earn. J.O. would have been very happy for your sucess.
