Well, if Metroplan's traffic numbers can't be trusted, then neither can the $4B cost estimate that they've thrown around for impacts due to widening I-30.
Well, if the Metroplan traffic numbers aren't to be trusted, neither is the $4B cost estimate they are throwing around for associated improvements.
Traffic projections indicate that a Chester Street bridge will only take 3% of traffic off of 30, according to Metroplan. I don't see this "idea" as a real answer to the I-30 problems.
