I don't work at Walmart nor do I have any connection to it. I looked at the report and they interviewed 1000 walmart employees which is .07 of 1% of all walmart U.S. employees (1.4 million U.S. employees). Out of which they got less 50 actual complaints. Any company is going to have grumblers and those who are just dissatisfied with their lot in life and a huge number of people in this country will complain just because they refuse to take responsibility for their own actions. Walmart has a business to run people to which they are accountable. Quit complaining, do your job and move up the corporate ladder if possible ... or quit and work somewhere else. At only 4% unemployment jobs aren't to hard to find.
