The law is the law as it stands right now. Remember, this can go both ways. What the comment made by Conservative Arkansas (above) said is a good example. If a person who does not share their belief and finds themselves "discriminated" against, they have the right to file a complaint which will cost this establishment a fine. Each fine can be up to $500. If more than 2 people complain in one day, it can be $1000 per day this establishment would have to pay. We have an ordinance on the table here in Eureka Springs....trying to tell the LGBT community the harm the ordinance can cause, makes those supporters of it think the LGBT community is being discriminated against. Quite the opposite. Be careful what you wish for. If you vote "FOR" you are opening yourself up to being fined up the yazoo in your business if ANYONE files a complaint stating they are being "discriminated" against.
