Re: “Cheap power brings jobs to Arkansas from New Hampshire WITH CORRECTON

And there is this:

Sig Sauer is also facing a problem finding talent. The company set aside space at its headquarters for a community college training program to give workers the skills they need in the company. Despite that effort, though, there are still 200 job openings at Sig Sauer in New Hampshire.

Re: “Little Rock plans corporate welfare outlay for Taekwondo headquarters

Sadly Little Rocker is correct...you have to be at least "be in the game" as it's called. But it is interesting to note that 90% of all corporate headquarters are still located in the city in which they were founded. Tax incentives won't make a bad deal good, but sometimes they are necessary. You need to make a compelling business case and then an emotional connection with company leadership. Incentives will always be a small but important part of the decision matrix, especially at the end of a project when the company determines they could be successful in city A, B, or C.

Re: “Terry Bradshaw set to feature North Little Rock

I'm the director of economic development for Williamson County, TN and we've been approached multiple time by this organization and have politely declined.
