Re: “Woman insulted by Fayetteville alderman responds — eloquently — on Facebook

And by "care," it appears you mean "whine incessantly about it on the local news blog." You are a true humanitarian, my friend.

Re: “Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce condemns anti-LGBT group's misleading use of outdated Chamber letter

Combating lies and deception in a campaign is expensive. If you check Protect Fayetteville's latest ethics filing, you'll see that it includes a $10,000 donation from a SINGLE church (odd that a church would spend that much money on an organization intent on spreading lies, misinformation, and bigotry). Future ethics filings will undoubtedly include donations from national organizations like the WallBuilders (who have already visited Fayetteville twice in opposition to this ordinance, including accompanying the cake-baking Kleins from Oregon) and the National Black Robe Regiment. Meanwhile, For Fayetteville is strictly grass roots-funded, with no aid from any national organizations. I hate to be crass and ask for money, but if anyone is able, please consider donating to the cause so we can make sure this one passes this time. If you're local, we would love your help with anything -- phone banking, sign posting, canvassing, etc. Thanks so much!

Re: “More than marriage remains at issue, Fayetteville ordinance backers say

You can donate through Paypal (preferred, as there is less of a fee) here: http://forfayetteville.com/

Or through their Go Fund Me page here: http://www.gofundme.com/forfayetteville

Thank you for asking! The rumor I have heard they will not be receiving national funding from any source this time around so campaign funds are sorely needed.

Re: “What will Eureka do?

Hey, I believe the repeal effort in Fayetteville only won by a 3% margin, not 12%.
