Re: “Only the guilty want closure in West Memphis Three case

You know what the scary thing is twenty plus years ago my husband and I were just starting our family in Paragould Ar, and at the time of the tragic murders my only thought was who would be so sick to injure a small child let alone three children. I watched the investigation and trial unfold before my eyes on network television and thought that although the "killers" looked like an American teenage wasteland rejects, I had something in common with them. Me a typical suburbanite had a commonality with child beaters , child torturers, child mutalators, child killers. I listened to the same type music and I was taught some Wiccan beliefs by my grandmother. But that is where all similarities end. I have never hurt, tortured, or killed animals and I never have felt the need to lick or suck anyone's blood. I have reviewed all crime and trial footage and I have to say that they are released due only to celebrity pressure. But that is what happens when you put pedestals out for the stars they begin to believe their own power and in doing so have released three men who reached maturity while incarcerated. So you think Damien was a psycho then well releasing him you have only created an morbid icon for followers. And now we have returned to arkansas and in fact to the very same town in which the murders occurred and I am grateful that the psycho and his buddies no longer reside here but society has created this monster into a Demi-God and his occult fans are still here...
