Job Description
This position serves as the division executive responsible for administering and overseeing CHI’s Corporate Responsibility Program (CRP) for all entities within the division. The CHI CRP addresses and provides a framework for compliance with CHI’s Standards of Conduct (Our Values and Ethics at Work) and all applicable laws and regulations. This individual may also be the corporate responsibility officer (CRO) for one or more market based organizations within the division. This individual functions in an independent and objective manner. This position is a member of the division and MBO/entity (herein referred to as entity) (if applicable) senior leadership team and routinely meets with the senior vice president (SVP) of the division and the applicable entity CEO/administrators and executive leadership teams on matters involving CRP. This position reports to and is accountable to the CHI CRO and may have dotted-line reporting responsibility to one or more entity board compliance oversight committees in situations where the individual is also the entity CRO.
