Rapert will expose the State of Arkansas to an expensive lawsuit which it will almost certainly lose, costing the taxpayer a great deal of money. Religious monuments belong on private property. He can put up as many as he likes there, and not risk a penny of taxpayer money, but no, religious zealots always want to go the extra mile and inflict their religions on everyone else in the public square. This is a stupid endeavor, and useless to the citizens of Arkansas.
