Might want to check on whether they're going to be allowing ATVs to run around tearing up the landscape on those AGFC wildlife management areas. Moore is co-sponsor of HR 1007 which is an amendment to the AR constitution that seemed aimed primarily at making it possible to ride ATVs on these areas -- which has not been allowed so as to protect wildlife and prevent environmental damage. Sure they couched it in terms of allowing other wildlife viewing -- which is already allowed everywhere, but it is all about the ATVs. I suspect that this resolution was a compromise in order to avoid that amendment. So, probably you're seeing the Commission cave to political pressure to allow a very bad activity (ATV riding) with the other stuff as window dressing.
