It is interesting that the current Director was the procurement director and responsible for the contract negotiations. Which means, while Ernie was involved, the contract was the responsibility of Director Woosley. It appears he learned well from Ernie in how to eliminate those who find questionable behavior. The one person who was concerned about the people of Arkansas, the validity of the games, and the $21M due to our students is now gone. There is no defense for all the corruption from Ernie, but Director Woosley stood by his side and provided him legal advice and support.
