"Apparently this is another legislator who never read the bill of attainder clause of the U.S. Constitution, Art. I, sec. 10 and Ark. Const., Art. 2, sec. 17. So much for the oath to uphold the constitution in Ark. Const., Art. 19, sec. 20. Was he sleeping through the oath or lying when he said "I will"?"

Apparently you don't understand what a Bill of Attainder is. No one is accusing Zinn of a crime. No one is "punishing" him for a crime. Hendren is simply another ignorant radical that wants to ban anything they don't agree with or that fits into their primitive world view. A view that extends about as far as one can see from within their alimentary canal.
