So what's the big deal? There are many paths leading to the Truth. And the truth is that one of the problems with traditional calorie counting is that it doesn'€™t take into account what you'€™re eating, just how many calories. Of course you can't ignore it, but the quality of the food you put into your body matters more ('when' also matters). The key to keeping my weight under control is varying the level of carbohydrates consumed on differing days. High and low carb combo keeps your insulin low (accelerating fat-loss) and your energy level high. Limiting your calories without taking into consideration where those calories are coming from and what they do for your body is a recipe for failure.
