Re: “Tom Cotton wouldn't be anywhere without government dollars

Of course the government gets their money from the people. And where would the people drive if they didn't? Would we each build our own roads? Where would their kids go to school? Would the choice just be to home school or private school. That'll work out well for children of poverty as their parents will have the choice of staying home and teaching their kids or going to work and putting food in their kids' mouths.

Yes, we give our money to the government so that the government can then use the combined money to help the people. That's the way government is supposed to work. I'm not saying it's flawless, but it's been working well for quite some time.

And let's keep in mind that the government is always going to spend money on stuff that some people don't like because everyone has their own interests.

Re: “Clint McCance supports Chick-fil-A. Duh.

Family values? Certainly not Christian family values, Clint. What did Christ say the two most important laws were? "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets." Grab a bible my friend, because on these two commandments hang ALL the law and the prophets. Please stop spitting your evil hate.
