  • Hearing set in West Memphis Three case

    A spokesman for defendants in the West Memphis Three murder case said Circuit Judge David Laser of Jonesboro has scheduled a hearing beginning Oct. 1 and lasting up to three weeks to consider evidence that the three are entitled to new trials based on DNA evidence and jury misconduct.

Having dealt with Arkansas law in the past they just go with what is easiest to get across and then convict. Guilty till overwhelmed with the evidence that they can't overlook. They never want to admit they were wrong. Still backwoods law there. I hope them boys get out and then have the smarts to have the state of Arkansas pay them plenty for railroading them and taking away 20 years of their lives.
