Re: “Nikki Haley: Trump accepts human contributions to climate change

Scott Pruitt, Scott Pruitt? Was it Leslie Rutledge who was the driving force behind him becoming head of the EPA? That doesn't sound right, now does it. Who from Arkansas was his champion? Come on. You guys know.

Re: “'Dumber than a box of hammers': Leslie Rutledge roasted again for CNN time

Complain all you want to people, but this idiot stick will continue to be re-elected in this state full of idiot sticks, as will Asa, Timmy, Rapert, French, and all the rest of the Hee Haw Gang. The Democrats will be lucky to field any candidates. What a sad state of affairs we find ourselves here in Arkansas.

Re: “Court filing shows nursing home owner cash transfer to Sen. Jake Files

So, this guy takes $110,000.00 dollars from lobbyists and corporate fat cats and he is still in office? Damn, how can I get some of that action?

Again, Kingpin Morton appears to be pulling the strings. Does anyone really believe Morton associate David Norsworthy sent that money to Files without Morton's blessing? For Pete's sake, Files is Morton's Senator! I bet if anyone checked Files' voting history, they will see he voted for every Morton bill out there. Hell, Files took $110K in six months from special interests in "loans." wink wink. Yeah right. Aren't these guys supposed to report loans? Has anyone checked?

Hawkins, who "loaned" Files the 30K, was also one of the guys who set up one of the fake PACs that funneled money to Maggio. David Norsworthy now "loans" money to Files. What do these guys have in common? Ding Ding Ding, you guessed it. . . they are both connected to Morton!

How many other "loans" to legislators have these guys given out. Our legislature is more crooked than ever.

Re: “Another to veto: An anti-consumer bill heading to governor's desk

The legislators who voted for this POS have no shame. They are bought and paid for. These jack asses are willing to put all of us at risk for the sake of their benefactor. Shameful!

Re: “Indictment charges former Sen. Jon Woods, college president and pal in kickback scheme

All you Democrats better hold on tight. Corruption lives and breathes in both parties. Look for some of these unnamed Gif money takers to have D's by their names once the light shines down on them. It is coming.

Re: “An open line, plus Dickson Street blues

Trump is a dictator in the making and America better wake up before it is too late. He talks about cleaning the swamp. What a joke.

Speaking of swamps, I have been out of town and am catching up. Looking online at what happened this week, our POS legislature here in Arkansas is another swamp that definitely needs drained. Charlie Collins and Bob Ballinger need to go. Collins appears to be unstable. What is his obsession with guns? Does he have small hands like Trump. And Ballinger? What is his deal? I have a friend who says he about flunked out of law school until he got classified as learning disabled and was allowed to have all day to take tests in his own private room. I don't know if that is true or not, and if he is truly disabled, then he deserved the special treatment. A lot of times though, it seems some guys seek special treatment that benefits themselves but then they turn a hard heart towards others when others need the help. Ballinger seems to fit the bill. The same person told me he has been in foreclosure three times! Is that true? Would love to see who is bailing him out. These Republicans from NW Arkansas appear to have some sticky fingers.

Re: “Legislative update: 'Tort reform' comes out of Senate committee

Is it true that Chief Justice Dan Kemp testified on behalf of the tort reformers today? Everyone wondered where all that dark money came from that attacked his opponent. I guess it was from the same folks sponsoring this tort reform that got him to testify today. Never before have I heard of a judge testifying on a piece of legislation that he or she may have to hear. Unbelievable!
