Re: “Everyone must pay fair share

It is painfully obviously that you lack a basic understanding of basic economics, federal taxes, and basic economic principles.

If you did know these things you would know that

1. Almost 50% of Americans end up paying ZERO federal taxes, so if you want to talk about "paying their fair share" then that should work both ways. As long as we are talking about whats "fair"

2. I'm not sure where you got your numbers, but I'm sure you are just repeating what you have heard from other people who love to grab onto sound bites - I mean c'mon, do you take tax breaks if/when you can get them? isn't that what we're supposed to do?

If you raise taxes on business and investors, what do you think will happen? I'm a small business owner myself, so let me put this in the simplest way possible.

If I have to pay more taxes, I hire less people. Simple as that. Make sense?

3. Have you seen the real budget #'s? Do you realize you could tax the upper income earners at 100% and it wouldn't affect the deficit much at all? But what will happen, is that business will hire less, and spend less. Economics 101

Finally, I'm not even sure what the point of this fluff article is? I mean "Everyone should pay their fair share" huh? Where have I heard that before?

There's a reason nobody has bother to share or comment on this article other than me. Because this country is built on the american dream of striving to be a business owner and be wealthy.

People know that's not a bad thing, not something to be demonized by others.

Show me someone that doesn't want to be wealthy, and I'll so you a liar.....
