  • Rapert's latest grandstanding; he honors a kindred spirit at Boys State

Bro. Jason Rapert got to grandstand at Boys State today about that liberal bully down in Little Rock — me. He might have had the crowd with him on abortion, but I think he might have found a different response on marijuana and Faulkner county beer sales.

  • Tom Cotton's cash — Bush, Stephens, Club for Growth kick in

I've been breezing through U.S. Rep. Tom Cotton's latest campaign filing this morning. Some things jump out: * CLUB FOR GROWTH: Lots of out-of-state money bundled up by what Mike Huckabee famously called the Club for Greed, the billionaire-backed outfit that has never met a tax — except maybe on poor people's food — that it likes.

Re: “Arkansas Republicans still fighting Obamacare

Can anyone name one positive thing a Republican has worked on and passed that helped an average citizen? Anything? How do these people get elected? They get a pass from the Koch Brothers along with alot of money, but they aren't suppose to do anything but wear a lapel pin and vote NO on everything progressive. Arkansas deserves these guys.

Re: “American or Greek, Leo's has what you seek

Leo's has a killer breakfast. The burgers are great and it's always best to get the tzatziki on the side. I'm lovin' me some Leo's!

Re: “Herb Rule battles on

Tim Griffin reeks of the party of NO. His affiliation is with people outside Arkansas, and he is using the 2nd congressional district as a stepping stone and he could care less about the citizens of that district. If found guilty of the DWI Herb will lose his license to drive for a while, but he can always get a driver. Tim Griffins will never he able to let go of creepy. A vote for Herb Rule is a vote for progress, while a vote for Tim Griffin is a vote for Karl Rove.
