Exactly, Little Rocker. Not to mention the added financial benefit to the State and the City in terms of increased tax revenues that come from placing a long-vacant building back in to service. Yes, I know that a major tenant is a state agency, the Arkansas Child Support Enforcement, but that space is only part of the overall redevelopment of the Blass Building and the owner of the building still has to pay property taxes. There are also plenty of other spaces within the development that will generate revenue and hopefully spur redevelopment of adjacent vacant buildings on Main Street.
