Re: “'Daddy Jack" Fryer reported killed by his brother

To Tracy Pickens Fryer. I want to echo Bayou's thanks to you for posting during this terrible trying time for you and your family. I also wanted to pass along an example of the kindness and love Jack had for Bobby. When the chance came for people to sign up for Obamacare I reached out to Bobby to see if I could help him enroll as I had not had much contact with him of late and didn't know if he had health insurance or not. He said thanks but that Jack had helped him sign up for Medicare so he had been covered for awhile. Thank you Jack for being such a good big brother to Bobby and apparently, by reading all these wonderful posts, to many other people in need.

Re: “'Daddy Jack" Fryer reported killed by his brother

Bobby Fryer was my best friend when him and I were growing up. I love him now as much as I did then. I am so sad to hear that he admitted "to causing the death of his sibling". That could mean several different ways of someone meeting their demise and for persons on this forum to immediately jump to the worst possible conclusion and call for my friends execution is reprehensible and extremely cruel to his remaining brothers, Gary, Doyne and Granville and other family members. I know Jack too and I positively know how much he was trying to help Bobby. Bobby most certainly has had troubled behavioral health issues for many years but I know he loved and appreciated everything Jack did for him. My deepest condolances to the Fryer family and I'll be thinking about my friend Bobby too.
