Let's face it, the only ones who are going to see any REAL profit off of this is law enforcement, the courts, lawyers, sheriffs,police, probation officers, domestic abuse counselors, CPS, and the driver's license bureaus, cause crime grows exponentially with alcohol consumption, as do the revenues associated with fining people for such niceties as public intoxication, underage drinking, domestic and spousal abuse, and anger management classes and drug screen agencies,run by privately owned "clinics", let's be real about this, the TAX money collected is a mere pittance compared to the revenue generated by all these forces ganging up on you, Uhmm, does it mention anywhere in the article about funding treatment centers? I didn't think so. point made.
