Re: “State prepared to evaluate marijuana dispensary applications

some where this should be breaking our civil rights. as in the right to pursue happiness and life. if you are looking for help with pain and the issues we disabled people have and if on a drug contract and can not be given narcotics be cause of the contract and they need this and it is still not being provided it is breaking them from pursuing a life of happiness and forcing them to live a life of pain and suffering. so how is this not breaking our civil rights ? or how about us people who are tired of wating for them to provide it and your forced to look for your own help and get caught doing so then the state throws you in to a hard ship with you doing either community service and if you can not do it you either go to jail for a said amount of days but if they can not take you due to your disabilities the your put on house arrest with all of them coming with nearly 3500.00$ in fines pluse suspend your drivers license to make it even harder for that disabled person to go to the doctor or even afford to got see a doctor arkansas Congress ,govnor,or the people that help them are not for the medical marijuana and are strongly trying to keep it from our state as long as they hold office as well as watching the disabled people suffer while they stick it to them even harder. I was caught with possession I got the 20 days of house arrest and fines as well as my licens suspended a young man of 19 years old on his second defence of dwi as well as minor in possession and the sentence he got was almost as bad as mine may be a little more. being that said I use this to help me with my issues I have been approved for it. but all I am doing is hurting my self not others or killing them behind the wheel of a vehicle being drunk. and arkansas thinks that this is ok to charge every one as equal disabled or not when it comes to there laws but no one has decrimanalized marijuana for disabled people since they are dragging there feet on making it avalble
