Have you been able to locate your DD form 1141 for monitoring of your exposure to Radiation? Those I know, that were in the Titan II Missile program have not, they get a hand written blank form with just their name and AF number. A symposium (now declassified) was held by the Air Force at VAFB in October 1962 that defined the procedures for monitoring of Air Force Personnel. - I have not ever seen any evidence when requested, that it was ever instituted, since no records can be produced from Wright-Patterson AFB.

The allowable levels of exposure to Rocket fuels have been reduced to 50 times less by (ACGIH) in 1995. The Air Force & NASA have adopted this standard. Do you have unexplained health problems? A Honorably Discharges Vet that got cancer and Lymph Edema following radiation treatments for cancer. I have done a lot or research on these topics and sent many letters/questions to the Air Force.
