  • Foster family disputes key statements from Justin Harris

Craig and Cheryl Hart were the foster parents of the two sisters who were adopted by Rep. Justin Harris and his wife Marsha and later "rehomed." The Harts say that the adoption was allowed to proceed over the objections of the foster parents and local DHS staff due to pressure exerted by Cecile Blucker, head of the Division of Children and Family Services, on behalf of Justin Harris.

Re: “State trooper describes Women's Marchers as 'big ol heifers' on social media

As a woman that is often driving alone, with a pink knit hat laying on the seat, a Human Rights Campaign Sticker and a Hillary sticker on the back of my car, I would feel very unsafe if pulled over by a trooper that spouts the amount of vitriol, disdain and rage he does.

Re: “Justin Harris pulls down Merry Christmas legislation

I am tired of legislators not taking a stand against self-serving miscreants that partake in child trafficking. But, hey, that is just me. One of your constituents that you have banned from contacting you via any form of social media, email and won't take calls from. #RehomeJustinHarris

Re: “Justin Harris comments on adoption report; Speaker Gillam says issue in past tense. We disagree.

There is a minimum of 6 months that the children were in his home prior to the adoption taking place. WHY did they adopt them if the problems he is describing were occurring. At a minimum, the lack of judgement his actions show indicate he is unfit to be a member, much less the vice-chair of the Child Welfare Committee. The fiscal shenanigans show he is unfit to be on the Joint Finance Committee. He is unfit for office period. Let's just call this what it really is. Child Trafficking.
