Re: “Vote suppression, Arkansas style. Plus dishonesty in Faulkner County

Faulkner County does not have a "Faulkner Countyelection commission voter guide."Nor does Faulkner County Vote Centers have any signs posted stating voters must shoe ID.

Faulkner County uses the procedure as stated in the SoS' "State of Arkansas Training Guide and Checklist for Poll Workers" (2016 Edition), Page 29, Best Practices When Using Electronic Poll Books. The Poll Workers have been trained to follow the steps outlined in "Scenario 1a."

I'm not saying we are perfect, but we try to be. The Faulkner County Election Commission nor the Election Coordinator can be in all places at one time, so If a wrong procedure is being used in one of our Vote Centers, please give me the name or location and one of the Commissioners or Election Coordinator will correct it.

Paul D. Foster
Chairman, Faulkner County Election Commission (pfoster123@hotmail.com)
