Re: “Bryant mayor stonewalls beer question

My most sincere apologies to John Brummet for confusing him with Max Brantley. I have no idea how i (or anyone) could make such a terrible error. To many hours on the job & not enuff z's I suppose.

Re: “Bryant mayor stonewalls beer question

There is a picture of 1 beer can and all of a sudden it's the worst thing in the world. John (Wanna-b-important) Brummet isn't even smart enough to dislike certain people. From what I've read he hates ALL Republicans. ( which I am not one of). This entire sad scenerio is about 1 Republican lady trying to do her job and 3 council members who can't stand the fact that their man lost .....and lost to a woman, are on a tear to destroy her and anyone or anything connected to her in a positive way. More's the pity.

That's fine. I hope the City of Benton welcomes James Ballew and his Festival with open arms. Let all those thousands of dollars in parking fees go to Benton instead of Bryant. THEN let the 3 council members explain that loss of revenue to their respective Wards.

Oh....in regards to another blog of JB's, the church service did not cost the City anything. Neither did the city rent the park to them, they sponsered the sevice themselves. Also, no Festival money was spent sending kids to a Christian Camp, but that's a good way to spend money IMO. Not to mention, James did not "shout" that 12 or so "were saved" but he's very proud of that fact. JB, you really should print the truth and get your facts straight before bashing innocent people.
