Re: “Sherwood and Judge Milas Hale dispute ACLU lawsuit over hot check court

I have been privy to the "goings on" in Judge Hale's courtroom. It is not surprising to me that defendants might be required to sign away their right to representation for admittance to the courtroom. The "honorable" judge Hale in my observation listens little to the defendants and gives predudicual crededence to prosecuratorial statements. Not surprisingly revenue for the City of Sherwood is enhanced. Spend the money and get an attorney.

Re: “Catholic Diocese reports abuse by former priest

Mr. Brantley takes some liberty in his report that the abuse was homosexual as evidenced by his use of "he'd" in his article as written. Nothing in the statement from Bishop Taylor evidences the abuse to be homo or hertrosexual in nature, therefore the presumption of homosexual abuse by Mr. Brantley is exactly that....presumptuous. It probably matters not as sexual abuse is traumatic for the victim whether homo or hertrosexual.

Re: “Catholic Diocese reports abuse by former priest

Deathbyinches proposes to throw the BS flag for the younger generation. It is unfortunate that there is clearly a misunderstanding of "laicized". Laicization is not lactation. Laicization is to remove all privileges of priesthood, lactation is the physiologic process of producing milk that all female mammals undergo subsequent to birth. To take on a cause one should at the very least try to demonstrate intelligence.
