DBI: When my parents retired, they moved from Kansas to Freeman, South Dakota and stayed there for 20 years before we could finally get them back to Kansas.

Technical note to DBI: subtracting the top of a highly skewed distribution does not affect the median value very much. It does affect the mean value much more which is why the median value is used instead.

Didn't the Supreme Court just rule strongly in favor of free speech in that California pseudo-abortion clinic case? Wouldn't that apply here too?
