Re: “Little Rock Confidential 2017

You will never stop people from getting sick. Even with preventive care. That's life.

Insurance, whether they have it or not, is not my problem. People need to be responsible for having their health insurance. I am, for my family. A lot of these people who are crying about health insurance are Medicaid rollovers who want zero cost share for ANYTHING. That's not the way the world works. Things cost money, everything isn't free. I've dabbled in health insurance as well. Many of our Obamacare patients are Medicaid rollovers and their polices are the "best". Say you have a million dollar heart transplant hospital stay. Guess what? NO COST SHARE for the policy holder of Obamacare. GUESS WHO EATS THAT? The hospitals and the tax payers. Which in turn makes insurance policies go up for everyone else.

You think preventive health will stop babies from being born with hypoplastic left heart syndrome? Genetics. Don't care about your insurance coverage.

A code team consists of a person doing compressions, applying respirations, administrating drugs, a recorder, and a physician. Whoever is designated as team lead assigns those roles and alternates roles depending on the length of the code.

I've seen it first hand. You will never stop people from going to ER's and bypassing a pcp. This has been going on for decades. Why do you think urgent care clinics are popping up everywhere?

Re: “Little Rock Confidential 2017

I'm a medical professional that deals with making sure people are educated on some of the biggest surgeries in their life. I am team lead during code situations. I am acls, bls, and pals certified. I have worked in pediatric and adult intensive care units emergency rooms and been there through the toughest times for families of all ages. I have trained new hires.

And so on and so on.

Like I said. No need to get an atta boy. I'm a front line medical professional that has touched and saved lives before. I just have a job to do.

So, now what?

Re: “Little Rock Confidential 2017

I don't need people's approval in what I do. My work speaks for itself and with how many lives I touch. Don't need an atta boy from a bunch of insecure liberals.

Stupid read.

I love how you cherry picked your "commentators". Find any and every liberal and get their story out.
