I think the closing of Brownings has more to do with the ownership/management than with the patronage. It was packed for both lunch and dinner almost daily (and would have been on Sundays had they been open) and for a pricey glorified Tex-Mex menu and casual restaurant, that's outstanding. Time after time the front, back, and patio were always booked. I think the week that was should look more to blame the ownership and less to blame the customers. Or maybe at least dig a little deeper.
