Re: “Arkansas's ban of the natural painkiller Kratom has left sufferers and former opiate addicts in the lurch

Kratom saves lives period the end. Banning it is a crime against humanity. I've witnessed more than a few people in my life who have gone from despair losing or lost their families and children so doped up and out of it they couldn't function many had more than one near death experience. Then they found kratom and a cup of tea turned their lives around. They became the people they once were before opiates wrecked their lives. Remember your beautiful daughter , son , husband , wife or friend. Remember their beautiful smiles before drugs wrecked their lives. Imagine if you could see that smile again maybe just for one day God willing for a lifetime that's what kratom can do and has done for many families. Not everyone needs it. Some become sober caffeine free stop smoking and that's fabulous for them, but especially for those whose addiction began as a way to help real pain walking the world with no relief can just be too hard. I have seen people take their lives from the pain and endless cycles of drugs and withdrawal . What if that loved one had a cup of kratom tea and it made the difference between pulling the trigger and never even picking up the gun. That is the real deal scenario for thousands of people. What's more important to you...what have you experienced what would you risk . Arkansas backwoods Rush to judgement on the word of a dr who sells drugs is tragic. I wonder how many Arkansans have found there way back to addiction or worse spiraled to their end because of this ban. Shame on you Arkansas shame . We will fight. To those of you affected by the ban stay strong. I'd rather take illegal kratom than ever put your legal Devils pills in my body! Never again! Fight the good fight! And God bless all those in the struggle of addiction and/ or chronic pain . it's the fight of your life , but you can do it! #keepkratomlegal
