Re: “Casting out demons: why Justin Harris got rid of kids he applied pressure to adopt

THE BOTTOM LINE IS: the Harris couple are ill equipped to deal with these kinds of children, children who have had a horrendous life experience from the beginning. There has been absolutely nothing positive for these three children - abuse, both physical, sexual, and mental. Even adults have problems with this type of treatment yet there are those of you that expect children to be able to handle it. They cannot! They only try to survive! They survive, but only to develop with problems and issues, instead of growing up in a normal, healthy, atmosphere, with loving parents to care for them. These 3 kids didn't stand a chance!!
In my opinion, the Harris's should NEVER have been allowed to adopt even though the biological mother approached them and asked them to do so. HER treatment of these children should have energized DHS and/or DCFS to remove these children from their own mother and placed into a place where they could recover from the horrific treatment they suffered at the hands of the mother and her 'associates". That alone is UNFORGIVABLE. I believe every one involved in this situation is to blame! No one is absolved from making insane decisions concerning these children!
It is also my opinion that the wife, Marsha, is a lunatic and see's 'demons' at the drop of a hat! I don't think Justin Harris is far behind in that belief. I believe they are both questionable when it comes to what we consider as 'normal' in their own activities, practices and customs. I believe they have both gone overboard with the 'so-called "Christian" practices they heap on others. Also I believe this couple and their 'church' should be thoroughly investigated as to the validity, and saneness, of their own way of life and the way their biological children are being raised. What kinds of punishment do they put their own children through?
The treatment and handling of these 3 children is contemptible, despicable, and without any pathetic excuse or explanation as to WHY they were handled the way they were from the BEGINNING of their life, starting with the worthless mother, and continuing through DCFS, DHS, and finally Harris and his ridiculous decision to re-home the children to that sexual predator. This ALL started with the mother! Tell me, IF this guy molested this child and OTHERS then why didn't Harris know about it? The guy's wife surely knew - and SHE allowed this to happen? Do they still horse-whip people? If so, these idiots deserve it!
The only people I have empathy for are the 3 children. It is a well accepted fact that 'bonding issues' are part of these children's issues. They've never had stable home, loving parents, so do we expect miracles? These children need a quiet place to live, peaceful surroundings, and folks with the patience to deal with, and try to repair, the damage already heaped upon the heads of these little ones. In other words - they need a FAIR and loving chance to survive like regular human beings! God Bless them!
