Re: “Brad Baltz

Dr. Brad Baltz has lost his way. He has stopping caring about his patients. He is all about the money. He is too concerned with his new office he is trying to open. The wait time in his office is unthinkable. I am not alone in my opinion. I recently (1-28-15) went to my scheduled appointment. I usually arrive between 20-30 mins early and have had to wait at least an hour. I've understood that in the past but on this last visit, I and numerous others where waiting and was told continueously that there were people ahead of us.They had been waiting a lot longer. I saw elderly people sitting in wheelchairs waiting to be seen and knew there probably was no other option for them. I waited until 3:35pm, keep in mind my appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm, I questioned when I would be seen. I got the same response, "There are 3 people ahead of you." I cancelled my appointment at that very moment. When asked did I want to reschedule, I replied, "No, I'm done." My health isn't the only reason I'm commenting. I'm commenting for the other people who were waiting and don't seem to have a voice in this matter. If a physician doesn't care enough to keep their appointments in a timely manner and address your concerns then obviously there is something wrong with their ethnics. They expect us to be on time but have no empathy about the wait time we have to endure to be seen. If you are too busy to care for my needs as a patient, then I will go to another physcian who isn't and who will gladly address my health issues and questions. I'm sure there are few left out there. I had been a patient of Dr. Baltz for quite sometime now. Just because they specialize in a certain field does not give them the right to think that they are your only option. I realize why some patients get disgruntled or discouraged.
