Re: “Lawsuit filed over unpaid labor by drug defendants for Arkansas poultry company

My name is Thomas Rico 26 graduated caair September 26th 2015 I can say truthfully everything that is being stated against caair is true the fear of waking up every morning not knowing weather or not your gonna get kicked out and off to prison haunted me daily as I struggled to make it threw the program I witnessed first hand horrible things such as clients being yell at hurt and told if they didn't like it go to prison like what the flying f*** seriously man just got hurt and you wanna send him to prison and at same time file for workman comp and not give him a penny of it caair is not suffering and in pain why should they be allowed to keep his comp pay the man is injured and could possibly affect him later down the road.i received no treatment what's so ever matter fact 1 year I was there and the consolers couldn't even no my name sure we did groups but no body paid attention because they where half dead body aching in much pain and was told if they left group to go lay down they would be kicked out and sent to prison like seriously it's bulls hit I worked 12 hour shifts eh days a week most time I ended up working overtime because I was forced against my will and was so tiredI could barley keep my eyes open but I jus slept tthrew the meetings they didn't give shit long as they have the camera on and it looks good for the picture that it shows they do groups n such forth but reality is nobody learns anything from that place the counselors are a joke they would hurry up with our sessions so we could go get some sleep and go back to work I believe honestly and truthfully they were they jus to catch the one clients that would talk bout caair and suing them and get them off the premises before the client spread rumor and other clients act apon it. Not only did I loose my sense of pride but I lost my my mind and who I was because I wasn't allowed to speak up and stand up or say what was right in fear of them telling me to go to prison if I said anything so I kept my mouth shut and went to sleep every night in much pains I could not handle but had no choice and for what they paid me in a "adda boy" well caair adda boys don't pay my fucking bills nor does it support my family that needs me to work a real job where I actually get to keep my money and not slave like a got Damm machine caair is out right ridiculous and I'm proud for the 3 men and the lawyer that took this on for stepping up to what's right and hopefully get something done about this not just for them but for every client that had to be at that horrifying place and be a victim of caairs hurting people scam..jus cause where addicts doesn't mean where dumb assess and don't know right from wrong...if answer to anyone questions regarding caair and the performance of how I felt things were while I was victim of there horrifying can contact me 760-618-1406 -480-719-9062
