Re: “School employees decry the patch on insurance

I am getting more and more shocked every day how many people have not taken the time to read the SCS Law (ObamaCare) and has no clue what all it says in it.
it like they only listen to the mainstream media news outlets and the lying politicians.

I feel like I'm living in the movie "Idiocracy"
Please everyone watch the movie and read the laws getting passed.

And don't be a Democrat or Republican. Be an individual, read the laws yourself, look at what any politician has actually done, not what he says he is going to do or has done, they all lie. Do not stand with and vote on party lines, that's just stupid.

Read the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, it the proposed law does not pass the Bill of Rights test vote NO.

Like right now some communist fool has a proposed law prohibiting free political speech.
Really? How is it even possible to try to pass something that clearly is in violation of the First Amendment?
You, me and anyone, any group that wants to scream their political view from the top of their lungs has a right too. No matter who dislikes it?

Re: “School employees decry the patch on insurance

Of course insurance is going up, Rates ARE going up due to ObamaCare (ACA Law).
The CMS report to Congress states; “The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) estimated that 65 percent of the small firms (50 or less employees) experienced an increases by 20% in their premium rates due to (ACA)” CMS estimates as much as 30% of employers will no longer offer health plans by 2017 and opt to pay the penalty instead. CMS recommends tax breaks as an incentive to continue offering health plans.

You Limited Treatments & Procedures is due to this provision of ObamaCare (ACA Law)
‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—In reviewing applications under
paragraph (1), the Secretary shall consult with a review
panel composed of relevant experts appointed by the Comptroller
General.
‘‘(B) COMPOSITION. - Amend H.R 3907 b—IPAB (SEC. 3403. INDEPENDENT MEDICARE [PAYMENT] ADVISORY BOARD) will implement Medical Cost Control Regulations after extensive research taking into account many factors including but not limited to percentages of positive test results, successful procedures, and complications resulting in test and procedures, age and health of patients to better control cost over runs.

The IRS appointed panel will decide what Test, Treatments, Procedures & Medications will be covered. NOT YOU’RE DOCTOR!

Re: “Arkansas Republicans ask to intervene in Voter ID lawsuit

Dear Perplexed, First thank you for your cordial response.
I did a little looking around, not that it is the gospel fact, although it did come from the North Carolina Election Officials. It disagrees with you, I will post it below. And look what just happened in Mississippi. They found over 1000 registered Democrats that voted in the Republican primary. (More people than is registered to vote in the county) That is illegal under Mississippi law.

(“North Carolina State election officials found thousands of cases where registered voters may have voted in two states or after their reported death. A report presented Wednesday by Elections Director Kim Strach to the Joint Legislative Elections Oversight Committee said 851 voters have a voter history later than the date of their death. The audit further identified 13,416 deceased voters on voter rolls in Oct. 13.”)

Just the fact there is even one person voting illegally is too much, it’s kind of like only one person peeing in the water supply. It’s just wrong and endangers everyone. I don’t want my vote canceled because someone voted illegally. We should do everything in our power to protect our voting system.
Obviously & undeniably there is a very serious and wide spread problem with confidence in our voting system. Voter confidence is paramount to our strength as a nation of one.
I personally do not know anyone that does not have an ID. With that said everyone can get a Voter ID it is FREE. A person who is a resident of a long term care or residential care facility is NOT required to have an ID. You can even vote absentee; just submit a copy of a current and valid photo ID OR a copy of a current utility bill, bank statement, government check, paycheck, or other government document that shows your name and address.
So I believe that clearly mitigates your claim anyone is disenfranchised by these laws.

Re: “UPDATE: Special session coming with bills on insurance, prisons

I do believe I have provided sufficient documentation for everyone to review. I would assume you all would spend some time researching the facts of the ACA law and not listen to what any main stream media and for sure NOT what any politician tells you. They are telling you what they want you to believe, don’t be sheep.

Re: “UPDATE: Special session coming with bills on insurance, prisons

These are Government regulations what they believe from their extensive Government studies show are procedures and test Medicaid and ACA should allow. NOT what your Doctor recommends.
So if you part of the percentage that is not allowed the test and you have a positive result, you die.

The United States Preventive Services Task Force report is due for official release next week; it is based on the results of five well-controlled clinical trials taking into account percentages of results, age & cost. It could substantially change the care given to men 45 and older. The United States Preventive Services Task Force recommends Healthy men should no longer receive a P.S.A. blood test to screen for prostate cancer because the test does not save lives overall and often leads to more costly tests and treatments that needlessly cause pain, and is not cost effective.

NOTE: Doctor Recommend men begin P.S.A test screening at age 40 & 45.

Against the majority of Doctors recommendations two years ago the task force recommended that women in their 40s should no longer get routine mammograms. Medicaid has adopted these recommendations and is expected to adopt the P.S.A test as well.

Note: 15 percent of women in their 40s detect breast cancer through mammography; Doctors recommend Women in their 40s get routine mammograms.

Re: “Arkansas Republicans ask to intervene in Voter ID lawsuit

I don't understand why would anyone have an issue with showing your ID to vote?
I know I would be upset if someone voted as me!
Voting is probably the biggest, most important thing we do as Americans, it should be watched and protected 10 times more than it is.
I know a lot of people who have lost confidence in our voting system and says they will not waste their time on a corrupt system.
If you do not have the confidence of the people in the system, then your government will become corrupt because the people will give up protecting the system.
