I remember seeing this graffiti back in the summer when the incident happened. The front and back of the building occupied by Vieux Carre was sprayed on several times. This is the Morgan-Smith building that was built in 1915. The structure once housed the Pulaski Heights Town Hall. It was built from a design by famed Little Rock architect Charles L. Thompson. I would hardly refer to this building as "man-made crap".... but the graffiti was another matter. There was nothing really artistic about it and it appeared to be someone's hasty attempt to leave their mark......like a dog pissing on a flower. In fact, one might describe it as "man-made crap".

Oh, wait....historic building = greedy capitalist = fair target for vandals, right?
