Agree with the two previous posters, both that the people to worry about are not on the Registry, and that it should not be lifetime or public. Is this a typo? "Just as interesting as finding out the whereabouts of Daniel Utter was something else we learned during the course of our phone calls. In addition to the publicly available list of sex-offenders maintained by the ACIC, there is a second, confidential list of those considered to be at a low risk to re-offend." Why are authorities spending resouces on tracking people at low risk of reoffense? Would that energy not be better spent focusing on those few who are a high risk of reoffense, i.e., more dangerous? Just my $.02, adjusted for inflation.
