Starving Artist Cafe, the Seventh Street eatery and art space, is likely to either relocate or open a second store in the Argenta district of downtown North Little Rock. The cafe sent out an email last week to its mailing list inviting patrons to weigh in on the potential move. Paula Morell, who owns the restaurant with her husband and the café’s chef Jason Morell, says that they’ve signed a letter of intent on a location in Argenta and are negotiating the lease agreement. If all goes well with that, Morell says she expects to come to a final decision on relocate vs. open a second store in the next few months.

Arrivaderci, Lucchesi’s. The Italian restaurant and takeout shop, located on the rear of the Heights Theater center on Kavanaugh, has closed after three years in business.
