Sakura Japanese Restaurant, which opened its first location in the market earlier this year in Sherwood on Kiehl Avenue, plans to open a second restaurant in Bryant in December., at 7307 Alcoa Road. Sakura features the gamut of Japanese steakhouse and sushi bar menus. The phone for the Sherwood location is 834-3546.

Imagine, the new restaurant created by former New Orleans residents Adam Rosenblum and his wife, Christina Latendresse, has set a grand opening for Wednesday, Oct. 25, at the Pleasant Ridge Town Center, at Cantrell Road and Pleasant Valley Ridge Road. A soft opening was planned for this week. The website is imaginearestaurant.net.

The Italian Couple, which moved from 12th Street to 1900 W. 3rd St. a few weeks back, has added lunch service on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dinner begins at 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday; there is no Saturday lunch service.

Don Vicci’s, the Italian restaurant on Capitol Avenue in Little Rock, plans to close its location on Oct. 27 with plans to open at another location in 2007. Speculation is that Don Vicci’s will relocate to downtown North Little Rock.

Brothers Eric Isaac and Bryan Isaac, owners of Ristorante Capeo on Main Street in North Little Rock, are opening up their second venture a block up Main Street: Argenta Seafood Co. The new restaurant, at 521 Main St. in the building that formerly housed Teak Furniture Store, will offer fresh seafood and a full bar.
