Re: “Arkansas legislator tied to fatal bus crash in Louisiana

This story is riddled with inaccuracies so I will shed some light on them. #1. David Wallace is not the incorporator of Wallace Resource Systems of Leachville as that company is an LLC. See definition of incorporator. #2. The SDVOB designation does not apply to the company they are referencing in the article which is Wallace Rush Schmidt INC which does not carry the SDVOB designation. Therefore he cannot chase government contracts using that designation. The company that holds that designation is dormant. 3. Rep Wallace did not put the man behind the wheel. The bus company did. I have no clue why a supposed legitimate company needs to let an unlicensed illegal immigrant drive a chartered bus. #4. Potential applicants. Known the man a long time and will not employ illegals. Happen to know for a fact that his company uses a Professional Employment Organization which requires two legitimate forms of ID in order for an applicant to work. #5. This is more towards the commenters and the newspaper itself. Keep your leftist liberal ideas and drum up lies to further your cause. What I have listed above are facts that if you did some research you could figure out on your own. I will tell you why David Burnett is running again for Senate and you're not going to like what you hear. It's because this term guarantees his lifetime pension. If he wins and I believe he won't come back to this article in 4 years and respond when he decides to retire after accomplishing nothing. Have a great day with the truth. Know it's hard on liberals
