Re: “UPDATE: Suspects arrested in Heights crime spree

Enlighten us, Dirt-Won. Other than your grammatically eloquent post, where is there even one mention of race?

As far as your comment about age... just wow! For the sake of humanity's future please tell us your generation is not that stupid.

Re: “UPDATE: Suspects arrested in Heights crime spree

Great idea, MysterShopper.

However, it turns out Valley Heights had been doing this all along only to have the resident cop turn a blind eye. Everything from late night pool parties to fireworks to vandalism and worse, but not a peep out of their "security guard". This was all outed in a public meeting with the city manager and the Valley Heights owner a couple of years ago. The city gave Henry Corp a stern finger wagging. Meanwhile this micro-ghetto flourishes.

BTW, remember this from last Nov?:

I think he was also Valley Heights alumni.

Re: “UPDATE: Suspects arrested in Heights crime spree

"Two of the suspects live at 6900 Cantrell, an apartment complex."

That would be Valley Heights Apts across Cantrell from Steinmart. Will the city close that place already?! The owners (Henry Corporation) have put together the highest density of section 8 housing on this end of town, and mis-manage it into a thug den. Surrounding neighbors have been complaining for years.

An excerpt from Henry Corp's mission statement at henrycorp.com : "As good stewards, Henry Corporation of Arkansas seeks to optimize the return to our clients by managing value added real estate that will enhance the community..."
