Stealing is stealing no matter how you try to sugar coat it. These are laws. Believe me they had plenty of warning notifications and time to make restitution. I've been to court on trying to collect on hot checks. That is my money I didn't get. I wasted time and gas trying to collect. If you think people don't need to pay, don't pay state or federal income tax and see what happens to you.
