Re: “Parolee killed by officers in Cabot after firing gun

This entire article is bogus. Jon Mcintosh was wrongfully executed by police. I know because I witnessed the entire thing. Jon Mcintosh was put in the back of non runnning patrol car with all windows up for nearly 45mins. Mcintosh wasnt trying to shoot officers he was fighting for his life. Fighting for a breath of air. He had been yelling for someone to help him, even tried kicking out a window of patrol car. The officers payed him no mind. Mcintosh shot one time to bust window out. Then about 20 seconds later the two officers unloaded their clips on Mcintosh as his head was down and his hands in his lap taking his last deep breaths. Sheriff Staley had no business unloading his clip towards patrol car. he was no where in danger. He was at neighbors house 125 yards away. A few days after this horrible execution i talked to Mcintoshs lawyer, who said there was no warrant for his arrest. I guess thats why the preosecutor Chuck Graham couldnt answer the question when asked what warrant was for or what agency issued it. This totally blows my mind how crooked lonoke county is. Its scary. But soon the truth will be brought to light. May God have mercy on their souls.
