Re: “WM3 supporters rally at State Capitol, call for case to be reopened.

When I say "they", I mean the group, "Arkansas at War". Remember that?
When they were trying to get people to believe that HE did it. (I sure didn't see people talking about his "mental" problems.)

(Then, it was, a "Mr. Bojangles" must have done it.) lol...

Jessie gave Confessions.
Jessie was found GUILTY.

(Then it is: Oh, but his IQ is...72)

``````
Now, they are "trying" to say, it was the "other" father,
who, must of done it.
``````
(Next, they will be trying to say, someone's "dog" did it.)

Re: “WM3 supporters rally at State Capitol, call for case to be reopened.

"Jessie
IQ of 72 at the time"

Well I research serial killers,
and many of them have had LOW IQ.

"serial killers have an average or low-average IQ"

> One serial killer's IQ was "57"

```````
So...just because someone has an IQ of, 72,
certainly does not mean that a person - "for that reason",
"didn't" do it.
``````
(And he was able to, hold a liquor bottle in his hand and get drunk,
so I doubt he was that, handicapped.)

"fit for trial"

"able to help his attorney"

and able to rattle off a Confession, on NUMEROUS occasions.

(including, on the ride to the prison)

Some people who have a low IQ, are NOT, "retarded".

(On the other hand, some people who ARE, really, "retarded", have a low IQ.)

``````
Seeing as there was a SERIAL KILLER who was stated to have an IQ of, "57",
Jessie having an IQ of 72 (if it really was that), is possibly a "moot" subject.
(And shoot. Compare Jessie and Byers next to each other.
They first tried to get you to believe that Byers did it. (and he's even "nuttier".)
Anyway, been nice talking to you. I'm out of here. (I have better things to do than,
"play GAMES".)
Re: “WM3 supporters rally at State Capitol, call for case to be reopened.
In other words, it "backfired".
(Actually, it started "backfiring", some time ago.)
(But these people are so dumb that, they didn't even "think about", that INTELLIGENT people, would see it for what it is.)
Re: “WM3 supporters rally at State Capitol, call for case to be reopened.
("Pretend", this case is in "re-opened" status.)
There is nothing "new" to tell you.
(So, there you go.
It wouldn't "change" anything.)
They "think" if they could get the case "re-opened".
(So that they could then "say", it is "re-opened".)
That it would then "look like", the GUILTY ones, did not do it.
It's a GAME.
And knowing that,
all it does (in regard to myself) is,
just make me think, even more, that they did do it.
(I already thought that, but I believe it even more, now.)
Re: “WM3 supporters rally at State Capitol, call for case to be reopened.
And from what I have read, it stated that it was the Defense Attorneys, whose idea it was, to try to do an Alford plea.
(Some have 'tried' to say, that the State, is who came up with that.
From what I have read, that was not the case.)
``````
And of course, the "Arkansas at War" people, are still not satisfied.

And everyone knows, that it was stated publicly (in the newspapers, at least),
that the D.A. stated, he would certainly look at something, if, they ever come up with anything.

````
They haven't been able to do that. (of course)
So the 'next move' is now:
"30 people" say, they want the case "re-opened".
(Based on "what" ???)
They were found GUILTY, in a court of law.
They pled GUILTY, in a court of law.
(And, the State STILL believes, they got who did this case.)
And ALSO...
(and we are right back where we started from):
They were found GUILTY, in a court of law.
They pled GUILTY, in a court of law.
`````````
(And now it is also at:
There has been no VALID reason given/shown, why this case should be, "re-opened".)

AND, the D.A. has already stated, that he would look at,
if they came up with anything, "new".)

``````
[And it is very obvious (to me anyway),
"one" of the reasons, why they are now 'trying' to say, re-open the case.
They 'think' if they can get that done,
that it will "look like", the GUILTY parties, did not do this case.
It's a "game", in other words, that they are "trying" to "play".]
(And obviously, there are some "immature" people involved in this,
because it is very obvious that, it is a "game".)
Re: “WM3 supporters rally at State Capitol, call for case to be reopened.
The bottom line is, however: If talking about just, someone's "opinion". (even alot of 'newspaper articles', are just written by someone who gives their, "opinion" Some books, are just "opinion". Some this or that, are just, "opinion".
"Tom, Dick, or Harry" (or "Debbie, Donna, Linda")
's "opinion", doesn't matter much - if at all.
"opinion", on a forumboard.
"opinion", at a rock concert.
"opinion", on the front steps of the White House
- "opinions", don't much matter.
That is totally different than:
```````
They were found GUILTY, in a court of law.

They pled GUILTY. in a court of law.
