Re: “Finding ex-cons jobs

I have a son currently in prison for 2nd degree murder & firearm enhancement. He was 19 yrs old at the time, addicted to drugs. He still has several years before being paroled but it is never too early to start looking for options. He is now 32 years old. Realistically, how hard is it to find a decent job. He use to work and build computers, of course all has changed since he did that, he has talked about get a trucking license, don't know if they would hire him. Just hoping to get some feedback as to what to expect when the time comes. Know he has to have job on parole, but if there aren't any what does he do?
