I'm a personal friend of the family and I had the privilege of meeting this man shortly before his death. I will tell you exactly what I saw was a man who was prideful in the sense that he didn't want others to think he was failing in life. He wasn't a bad person, he just didn't want to lose what he had. He tried to take several short cuts in order to save his buisness so that he wouldn't have to begin firing people and it just didn't work out. He was in the wrong, but towards the end of his life I believe he was truly sorry for doing wrong. I didn't see a thief I saw a broken man who had served his sentence. As for his family they still to this day haven't fully healed, I hope time will help with that.
